Grinberg Method sessions last one hour, except for the first session, which takes 90 minutes. If you’d like to begin a Grinberg Method process, we can first schedule a free intake call.
Massage Therapy sessions can be booked for 60 or 90 minutes.
At Renessence, I offer massage therapy only. If you’d like to book a session with me there, please make your appointment through their website. During the booking process, you can select my name and choose your preferred treatment.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the session starts. If you cancel within 24 hours, the full fee will be charged.
Health Insurance
The sessions are not reimbursed by health insurers. This means that the costs are at your own expense.
