During a massage therapy session, we first take time to discuss what your aim is for the session — whether it’s to relieve tension, address specific pain or discomfort, enhance relaxation, or simply reconnect with your body. Every massage I give is fully adapted to your unique needs and to what I encounter under my hands, so no two massages are ever the same.
I make use of a wide range of skills that I have learned and refined over the years, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Prenatal, Energetic Healing, Trager, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Yoga, Meditation, Chi Nei Tsang, and different breathing and communication techniques. This diverse background allows me to intuitively blend methods that best support your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing in each session.
