In my practice I offer various holistic massage and healing treatments, which are further explained below. Before the treatment there is always a short intake where your wishes and needs are central. The treatment is therefore always unique and tailored to what you need at that specific moment.

What does holistic mean?
Holistic means all-encompassing and is derived from the Greek word holos which means complete or whole.
A holistic treatment is not only focused on the physical (relaxing the muscles, for example) but also provides mental relaxation. It is an invitation to sink from the head, full of thoughts, into the body and become aware of everything that can be felt here. In addition, the parts of your body are not considered as separate components, but you are treated as a whole and you can experience how everything is connected and one: the physical, the mental, the emotional and the energetic.
Clients often describe that they feel more grounded and whole after a holistic treatment. They also experience a deeply relaxed feeling and have the idea that everything flows more in the body. The treatment can have a noticeable effect for days to weeks. For example, several clients described that they felt more peace, energy and zest for life in the days/weeks after the treatment. They were more aware of their body and could therefore sense more quickly when they were stressed or overstimulated. They also experienced less resistance and felt that everything flowed more and was more effortless in different areas of their lives.
Massage
Pathavi dhatu (earth) – Relaxation massage
As the name already gives away, this treatment is focused on grounding and relaxing. Do you feel a lot of stress and tension in your body, are you often in your head or high in your energy? This massage helps you to bring your body back into relaxation and restore the connection between body and mind, so that the energy starts flowing again and your body feels whole again.

Apo dhatu (water) – Therapeutic massage
This treatment is more therapeutic oriented. Have you been struggling with a certain pattern, theme or complaint for a while that you would like to investigate or tackle further in a massage session? Then this treatment is for you.

Tejo dhatu (fire) – Deep-tissue massage
This is a firm massage that focuses on the connective tissue layers in and around your muscles. Do you suffer from a stiff body or tense and painful muscles? This treatment ensures that the tension and pain in the muscles decreases and you feel more flexible again. In addition, it stimulates the blood circulation and activates your self-healing capacity.

Every massage I give I adapt to where your needs are and what I encounter under my hands, no massage I give is the same for that reason. The above massage forms are therefore only a guideline.

Energetic bodywork
Reiki
Reiki means universal life energy in Japanese. During a Reiki treatment, this universal life energy is passed on with hand placements to stimulate the self-healing ability and bring your body more into balance. During a Reiki session, I use the full body treatment and work with different symbols to strengthen the healing energy. The healing Reiki energy treats physical, emotional, mental and energetic complaints. Afterwards, you will feel more balanced, relaxed and whole.

Soul Energy Healing
During a Soul Energy Healing I work with a healing and insightful energy, which can help your personal process forward. There is close cooperation with the healing vibration frequencies as well as with the self-healing capacity of the body, whereby I am assisted by my spiritual guides.
Blockages and disruptions in your chakras and aura can cause mental, physical and emotional stagnation and problems. The treatment ensures that your energy can flow freely again and your life energy increases by removing blockages and harmonizing your chakras.
In an intake interview we agree together what may be necessary or what can be worked on.
